5-Day Easy Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 5 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with original packaging and tags intact.

  • Return requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, worn, or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance

  • Requests made after the 5-day return window

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or a short video (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (details will be requested)

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Parrelia™ will arrange the return at no additional cost.

  • For all other return reasons, return shipping charges may apply.

Important Terms

  • Refunds may be partially or fully rejected if the product does not meet return eligibility after inspection.

  • Parrelia™ reserves the right to decline returns or refunds in cases of policy misuse or excessive return history.

  • All decisions made by Parrelia™ regarding returns and refunds shall be final.
