1. Overview

This website and online store are operated by Parrelia. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting the website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Contact Information.

2. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and must use the website only for lawful purposes. You agree to provide complete and accurate account, billing, delivery, and contact information and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your login details secure.

3. Products, Descriptions, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, measurements, and other information accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause colours or appearance to vary slightly. Product information may be corrected or updated without notice. All products and offers are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown during checkout. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charges. Cash on Delivery may be available only for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

5. Orders, Verification, and Cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not require us to accept or fulfil an order that contains a pricing error, is unavailable, cannot be delivered, fails payment or verification checks, appears fraudulent, or violates these Terms. We may contact you to verify an order and may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason. If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount collected for that cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customer requests to change or cancel an order must be made before dispatch. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch and may take only 3 to 4 business days in some locations. 7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Our 5-day return support applies only to items delivered damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered. Customers must contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery and provide the required proof. Approved cases may be resolved by replacement or refund. Prepaid refunds are returned to the original payment method; approved Cash on Delivery refunds require a valid UPI ID or bank-account details. Refunds are normally processed within 10 to 15 business days after approval and any required return or inspection. Full conditions are in our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, collect another person's information without permission, submit false or misleading information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the website for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity. We may restrict or end access where these Terms are violated.

9. Intellectual Property

The website's branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Parrelia and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

10. Reviews and Other Submissions

If you submit a review, suggestion, image, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant Parrelia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for operating and promoting the store. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or inappropriate content.

11. Third-Party Services and Shopify

The store may use links, payment providers, couriers, apps, and other services operated by third parties. Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies. Parrelia is powered by Shopify, but purchases made through this store are transactions directly between you and Parrelia. Shopify is not the seller of our products.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers needed to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, and provide support.

13. Service Availability and Disclaimer

We try to keep the website and its information available and accurate, but interruptions, errors, or delays may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes product guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Parrelia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. This section does not limit liability or customer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

15. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for losses or claims reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, natural events, network failure, government action, or other force-majeure events. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events.

17. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies referenced above form the agreement between you and Parrelia concerning use of the store and purchases made through it.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction provided by applicable law, disputes will be subject to the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
